2019 Yoga Hikes

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Saturday morning as we hike approximately one hour, and enjoy a 30-45 minute outdoor yoga class as well.

Yoga hikes will be held at Lime Creek Nature Center in Mason City (3501 Lime Creek Rd.). Preregistration is not necessary. Please meet us in the nature center parking lot 10-15 minutes early. Participants will be required to sign a waiver before we begin. Hikes will be cancelled if it is raining or rain is imminent.

Bring an old yoga mat or large towel / blanket, as well as anything else you may want or need - such as water, insect repellent, and sunscreen. We will carry our mats with us as we hike. Dressing in comfortable and layered clothing, as well as appropriate footwear is recommended.

Live Love Yoga's Yoga Hike is a free will offering event.
