Adult Class Schedule

All classes are drop-in, no need to register in advance. 

Doors are unlocked approximately 15-20 minutes before class begins.  Please remember to arrive early to sign in and get settled.

Class Descriptions:

Conscious Pause & Flow - In this Hatha-based class, you will work on increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and mindfulness with 60 minutes of both static & dynamic postures, breathwork, and meditation.  Appropriate for all levels.

Gentle Relax & Restore - Enjoy gentle therapeutic movement combined with restorative postures, calming breathwork, and guided relaxation.  Appropriate for all levels.
